From your first email to boards arriving at your door — here’s exactly what happens and when.
Submit Your Project Brief
Fill out our contact form or email us with your project details: quantity, board type, design concept, and delivery timeline. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate your quote will be.
Timeline: We respond with a quote within 24 business hours of receiving your brief.
Review Your Quote & Confirm
We send a detailed project quote including per-board pricing, total cost, production timeline, and shipping estimate. Once you’re happy with the terms, a 50% deposit confirms your production slot.
Payment: 50% deposit to start · 50% before shipment. Wire transfer or major credit cards accepted.
Design Development & Approval
Our design team develops full production-ready artwork for your topsheet, base, and any branding elements. You receive digital mockups for review and can request revisions before anything is sent to the factory. Nothing goes to production without your written approval.
Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of design revisions included. Additional rounds available at a small fee.
Production & Quality Control
Your boards enter production at our vetted manufacturing partner. We conduct a 12-point quality inspection on every board before packaging — checking graphics, construction, flex, and finish. You receive a photo QC report before shipment is authorized.
Lead time: 30–45 days from design approval to QC completion (varies by order size and season).
Delivery & Aftercare
Boards are packed and shipped worldwide with full tracking. We handle customs documentation and can arrange delivery to a single address or multiple locations. After delivery, we follow up to confirm everything arrived in perfect condition — and we’re here if any issues arise.
Shipping: We ship to the US, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, and most other countries. Freight cost included in your quote.
Common Questions
What’s the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 5 boards. This applies to any single design or colorway. Mixed designs within one order may have higher minimums — ask us when you submit your brief.
Can I see a sample board before full production?
Yes. For orders of 50+ boards, we can arrange a pre-production sample for an additional fee. For smaller orders, we provide detailed digital mockups and factory photos at each production stage.
Do you handle the design, or do I need to provide artwork?
Both options work. If you have existing brand assets, we’ll adapt them for production. If you’re starting from scratch, our design team can develop the full concept — just share your vision and reference images.
How long does the whole process take?
From first contact to delivery, most projects take 8–12 weeks: 1–2 weeks for quote and design, 4–6 weeks production, 1–2 weeks shipping. Rush timelines may be possible for an additional fee — ask us.
What if boards arrive damaged?
We document every board before shipment. If damage occurs in transit, we work with the freight carrier to resolve the claim and arrange replacement production as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
